Green Bean Guacamole Salad
1 lb green beans, trimmed
20 grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
2 avocadoes, large dice
cilantro, minced, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
juice of 1/2 to 1 lime, to taste
salt, to taste
cayenne, to taste
olive oil (not too much)
Instructions1. Briefly steam beans and then place in cold water to stop cooking.
2. Combine ingredients. Serve chilled. Serves about 4.
